Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is how order and booking cancellations work at Fpsixworld.

Cancelling Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fpsixworld.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, in accordance with our Refund and Returns policy.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please see our Refund and Returns policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

Cancelling a Workshop Booking

If you need to cancel a workshop or course booking, please contact us as early as possible at info@fpsixworld.com. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deadlines or fees, will be provided at the time of booking, as spaces are limited.

Order Changes

If you would like to change an item or quantity in your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

2. The reason for cancellation, if you are comfortable sharing it.

3. Whether you would like a refund or store credit, where applicable.
